Andres is an incredible personal fitness trainer who understands the needs of his clients. Throughout my life I've exercised either in the gym or by playing sports (basketball, soccer and tennis) but have not been able to target certain muscle groups that Andres has taught me how to exercise. He's a great motivator and trainer. Andres is also a very personable guy. Andres is AMAZING! I have been training with him for a few months now and have already seen some great results! I was really out of shape and have some back problems, but he has been so patient and attentive. He is genuinely a nice person too, and very professional and knowledgeable. He is always on time for every session and works with my busy work schedule. I have had other trainers before but he is really the best!! Andres is the walking example of a great trainer, combining knowledge and motivation, tailoring each session to suit your needs of the time and the state of your mind. He is result oriented, each session is challenging enough to make you feel the sense of achievement while making sure it's safe. Love that each session starts with total body activation, which I now realize is incredibly crucial and not enough people pay attention to it. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I don't have a standard price for my personal training services. Ideally, I prefer meeting with my potential clients, gaining a comprehensive understanding of where their fitness level is currently, and what their goals are, and then deciding on a rate that is appropriate for both of us. Unfortunately, Thumbstack requires an exact quote before any interaction, which makes individual quotes hard to estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Ideally, I would start with an initial consultation where I aim to understand where the potential client's current fitness levels are, their goals, medical conditions, and injuries. Then, I would follow with a fitness assessment, during which I can gauge their physical abilities in movement, and subsequently, implement a program with achievable goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a personal trainer under the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I am also insured and CPR/AED certified.
