Dom is AMAZING! He really helped me. He got me started on a nutrition and fitness plan that worked around my unique needs, and made me excited about doing it. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything until he is sure I am succeeding, and that is how you know he cares about his work and his clients. Dom’s great!! What sets Dom apart from other trainers is his attention to detail, honest feedback (positive reinforcement but he’s also not afraid to identify areas of opportunity in a firm, challenging manner), and his punctuality as he understands that my time is as valuable as his. Definitely recommend!!

Dominic is a great trainer and both my wife and I have worked with him for over 6 years - he is very knowledgeable about exercises as well as nutrition which was missing from trainers we used to use - also just a great guy to talk to - highly highly recommended
