Dom is AMAZING! He really helped me. He got me started on a nutrition and fitness plan that worked around my unique needs, and made me excited about doing it. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything until he is sure I am succeeding, and that is how you know he cares about his work and his clients. Dominic is a great trainer and both my wife and I have worked with him for over 6 years - he is very knowledgeable about exercises as well as nutrition which was missing from trainers we used to use - also just a great guy to talk to - highly highly recommended

Dom keeps things very simple, which is important for a guy like me. He knows how to motivate you, how to push you through sticking points, and how to get you to believe in yourself. He is also highly educated in nutrition, and finds ways to incorporate achieving nutritional goals that support and compliment the work in the gym, without making it seem overly difficult. He keeps himself incredibly fit, and is super inspirational. As an added bonus, he's simply a really nice and very funny guy.

I've been working with Dom for several months now and thoroughly enjoy the experience. I've been seeing results and improving my strength, balance, and agility. What's more is that training with Dom is fun. He knows the right balance of how to push me toward progress without making the process a drag. Highly recommend.
