About
I have been a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach since 2017
I guide athletes and non athletes in reaching their athletic goals through a nourishing and nutrition packed diet.
I am really passionate about empowering athletes who are seeking to bring their athletic performance to another level and who take their health seriously. I promise that after working with me you will feel better nourished and fueled with a great energy and spirit. I will guide you through your own learning and discovery that nutrition, appropriate training for athletic performance, yoga, meditation and emotional well being are all intertwined. I personalize my guidance for each client to promote sustainable, optimal nutrition and health to achieve attainable goals and match their lifestyle, to ENDURE.
I also guide mothers to have their kids and family eat well and healthy. Through my own experience as a mother of 2, I'm very passionate about helping women to clean their diets to have a healthy and enjoyable pregnancy and then pass it to their children.
Wether your goals are to improve athletic performance, lose or gain weight, lose fat but build muscle or manage or health health conditions, gain energy and sleep better, I am passionate to help you.
Sessions can be done via FaceTime or Zoom.

What I like about Karoliina is that she makes each of my training sessions challenging but rewarding. I would have no hesitation in recommending her as your personal trainer if you want to achieve your fitness and health goals. I've worked with other trainers and she is very professional.

I have been working out with Karoliina for over 2 years now, and I can genuinely note that she is an incredible, professional trainer with the ability to be personable and fun! She has helped keep me stay focus on both my physical and nutritional health, and has motivated me to really incorporate this as part of my daily life. I have grown to not only rely on Karoliina but to really trust her for her guidance through each training session. Karoliina is absolutely fantastic. I've trained with her for over a year, and having trained with many coaches before, i can say she's the most motivated, knowledgeable and professional i've seen, hands down. She combines unique knowledge of nutrition with sports theory, but most importantly, as an athlete who did from team sports to competitive skiing, running, etc, she has lots of practical knowledge and experience to draw from (and can actually run with you while coaching, for example). She is absolutely the way to go!!!

Karoliina is a true professional. She is highly skilled and enthusiastic. She has a reassuring way of motivating and encouraging you. Focuses on nutrition as well as training.
