About Mayet Fitness

Mayet Fitness is a new personal training studio at 56th St and Park Ave in New York City.

We are truly private, in that we only see one client at a time. This is perfect for those who don't like to be seen when they're working out. Only clients with confirmed appointments are given our exact address. This way clients, will not be bothered by walk-ins off the street.

Our personal trainers are all female, certified and highly skilled. If you have a knee, back, shoulder, or neck issue, no problem. We know how to help you improve your fitness while also improving the condition of any joint issues you might have.

    Personalized training and focused approach on body building is always great! The trainers are approachable, take their time to explain various work out routines and options to reduce weight and improve muscle mass. My trainer worked on personalizing my weight training and strength training routine to help me achieve my goal, which was to loose weight and tone my body. Stretching before and after training exercise was great! Hooray to Katrina!

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Almost every client wants weight loss. But many clients also have back, neck, knee, or shoulder issues to work around. This is no problem at Mayet Fitness. We will take care of you, and get you results!

Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.

A. We just finished another Reward $1,400 package, where the client trained with us for three months (36 sessions) and lost 5 inches around his waist. We rewarded him with $1,400.

Another client came to us with major neck issues. He couldn't find a workout that didn't hurt him. Jovana has been training him for a few months now, and he feels awesome. No pain.

We had a similar situation with a female client who had major neck issues. Her neck even hurt when she went running. Jessica has been training this client for a few months now, and the client is 12 inches thinner. Her neck has also been pain free.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Cost is a consideration, of course. But you also need a trainer who is conveniently located, and--first and foremost--you need to like being around them. You need to enjoy their personality.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Don't be afraid to try a few different trainers before committing to one.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. How quickly can I lose weight? If the trainer says 1-3lbs of body fat a week, he/she is telling you the truth.
Also ask the trainer what his/her cancellation policy is, and make sure you're okay with it.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. If they are willing to do the work. Losing weight and getting in shape isn't as easy as simply buying training sessions. You have to show up for each session and work hard!
