Our Philosophy We focus on providing personal fitness and yoga instruction to New Yorkers who are stretched for time but seek to balance work and personal life with staying fit. We help you “fit in fitness”, no matter how busy you are. How, you might ask? Through customized workout recommendations and high-caliber training designed to achieve specific health and wellness goals. Plus, we’re known for creating highly effective AND addictive workouts – so you’ll look forward to seeing our smiling faces at each session! Our Favorite Client Story Is… One of our clients was moving and traveling around quite a bit, and he wanted help getting a solid workout regimen that was safe for his shoulder injury. PLUS he wanted to learn how to speak Chinese Mandarin through our workouts! Needless to say, this has been quite the fun and challenging mission for BOTH of us – he has improved significantly in endurance, body mass composition, and his new language skills – all while keeping his shoulder safe. Head trainer Judy’s favorite exercise is… The vinyasa series in yoga (plank, chaturanga, upward-facing dog, downward-facing dog): it is so good for the entire body in terms of building strength, stamina and flexibility! I always try to include at least a few of these in each workout (maybe as part of the dynamic warm-up of a bootcamp class, and definitely as part of my yoga flows). It helps mobilize the spine, warm up the shoulders and hamstrings, activate the core, and center your focus.

This trainer is simply outstanding. She has a depth of expertise and attentiveness hard to surpass. Her routines are constantly revised and tuned to the needs and progress of the client, while her very pleasant and professional demeanor contribute to make the work satisfying as well as demanding.

I needed a trainer to help me get back into shape, tone up and strengthen my core and back. Being that I have back issues and sometimes continue to get spasms, I realized I needed someone who was certified, understanding, and would carefully consider a good beneficial workout while not getting injured in the process. Judy understands my needs and has been carefully selecting a good routine that I can handle that will bring forth the results I need. Her background, training and certification show me she strives to improve herself and she is genuinely interested in helping others improve in fitness. Smart, patient, strategic, and if you want to be pushed more she will do it without hurting you. She's a keeper!
