Introduction: I provide a laid back but driven environment where each program is customized so that you leave with more than what you thought you wanted, be it toning, strengthening, weight loss or conditioning. We will work together to set a plan to accomplish your desired fitness goals as well as work on what your body needs, such as correcting imbalances, strengthening your core or tweaking your form so you can reach your maximum potential and feel your best. Training with me is all about personal growth, feeling good about yourself, loving your body and being confident in your skin. Let’s get to it! * Due to COVID-19 and social distancing I'm offering virtual sessions, workouts in central/prospect park (timing permitted)as well as limited openings at an independent gym in Manhattan.

In my experience with her training, I felt challenged and pushed, but always in safe hands as Bree is very hands-on in ensuring safety and appropriate exertion. For the past two years, every week, I take hour- long private yoga training from Bree. She is skilled/ compassionate/ patient, as I have become more flexible/stronger/ and have amazingly improved balance. She gently but firmly challenges me through every pose – and we have fun. Book her for Yoga or Weight Training. She is remarkable!

Bree is an awesome motivator & teacher. She taught me how to be strong & gave me the necessary skills to march into the “boys” section of the gym to do things I never felt empowered to do on my own.     Virtual Training Rates: 1 Session is $80 6 Session package is $420 ($70/session) 12 Session package is $720 ($60/session) 20 Session package is $1000 ($50/session) In-Person Training Rates: 1 session is $120 6 Session package is $660 ($110/session) 12 Session package is $1200 ($100/session) 20 Session package is $1800 ($90/session) What goes into packages: Our training time, program creation and planning, extra workouts via TruCoach for our off days, access to me via text/email/fb for questions or information, bi-weekly check ins, accountability, support and guidance. *Referrals are a trainers best friend! To thank you for referring someone who ends up training with me gift, Ill gift you both two sessions.*

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    If possible, an initial phone call will help us determine if we are a good fit and if I can help you accomplish your goals as well as let you ask any questions that may concern you before we meet. During our first session we will perform basic compound movements so I can assess your strength and mobility levels and create a program for us to follow based on your goals and needs. From there we discuss availability and times to meet during the week and get the ball rolling!
