With 20+ years of experience as a coach and trainer—and 15 years as a PE teacher in NYC, LA, and London—I bring a fun, supportive, and no-pressure approach to fitness. I’m an ex-rugby player, competitive boxer, certified strength and conditioning coach, and qualified football, rugby and tennis coach, and I’ve worked with everyone from youth athletes to new and busy parents and beginners. Whether you’re just getting started or leveling up, my goal is to get you moving, feeling strong, and enjoying every step of the journey.
