I am licensed via National Academy of Sports Medicine and also am experienced in training clientele regarding weight loss to gaining lean muscle mass. In addition, to my personal training certification I am also certified in functional movement screenings to best assess a client prior to training. I’ve been working out with Joshua for over 2 months now & overall he’s been exceptionally great. With his workout routines I was able to loose 15 pounds of fat and put on an exceptional amount of muscle. I feel good and better than I did when starting. Overall I would personally recommend Joshua to any one who is trying to make a healthy change.

Best trainer I’ve ever had. He makes you feel comfortable , accommodates to your schedule and is really knows how to make sure you succeed your goal. He is also very professional. I recommend him 10/10. He’ll make sure to get you the body you want !

Tracy fitness was a great experience. In just a few months Josh help me reach my fitness goals. I increase my max bench by 30 pounds and lost some of that unwanted body fat. Kidding me right for the summer.

Working out with Josh was the push I needed. I had just started my journey back to the gym consistently and noticed I’d hit a plateau. Figuring a trainer can, help I reached out and it was well worth it. He is observant noticing how you can improve on your workouts and making sure to target the often forgotten parts of muscles.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am certified in Personal Training from National Academy of Sports Medicine and am also certified in Functional Movement Screening (FMS) which combine to allow me to assess a client correctly and train a client properly.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I fell in love with the gym being an athlete my whole life. Formally a boxer that embarked on competing in the junior olympics in 2013 and a basketball player that played high level in high school and collegiate level. Now I am a fitness enthusiast and love helping folks get into their dream physique or assist individuals just maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I have worked with older individuals from 40-60 years old in helping lose weight, increase range of mobility, and lose fat and gain muscle mass. I have also worked with younger folks between the ages of 20-35 years old for events like weddings, marathons or any sort of traveling like vacation getaways. In total I have trained over 20 clients and all of my clientele have had amazing transformations that have surpassed even their own expectations. Creating a new lifestyle for all my clients.
