Working out with Joel has been an amazing experience. His knowledge and guidance has lead me to see results already. If your looking for a personal trainer that has your goals in mind and challenges you to push yourself after each workout, you honestly can't go wrong with picking Joel.Sep 15, 2019Verified
OUTSTANDING PERSONAL TRAINER!! I've worked with other trainers in the past and there is no comparison - he is by far the best. I work out with Joel in my building's gym and he is very creative and resourceful with the equipment at hand. The exercises he gives me are efficient and well thought out in that they work out several parts of the body at once. Joel is incredibly knowledgeable about exercise science, nutrition and the body. Not to mention, he is a pleasure to work out with: fun, motivating, interesting, professional and super smart! The sessions go by quickly. One day a week we have a boxing based session - great fun and an excellent workout! I've noticed many positive changes in my body after a very short time. I can't recommend Joel enough. I'm so happy to have found him!!Feb 16, 2019Verified
I did a search for a Massage Therapist a few months ago and Joel's name popped up on my list, among others. I sent him a message to see if he had any available openings and it was THEN that he informed me that he is actually a Personal Trainer and doesn't do massage therapy:-( However, he did let me know that if I ever needed a trainer that he'd be more than happy to help. I just really appreciate Joel's quick response, his professionalism and his willingness to help. I would ABSOLUTELY hire him if I ever needed a Personal Trainer!Jan 16, 2019Verified
Joel is a great personal trainer. He takes the time to get to know his clients and their needs, strengths and weaknesses and he helps build on all of that. Bonus — he’s got a great personality and practices what he preaches. Everything he makes his clients do — he does himself.Nov 25, 2018
My workouts with Joel were intense in the best way you can imagine! He will really make you earn it and i don’t believe that to be a bad thing. The main reason we seek a trainer is to improve and push ourselves to be better and Joel brings that out of you. He is big on proper form and technique and that is the main key to any exercise. Aside from being a great trainer, he is a very personable guy. He’s very encouraging along the way and great to talk to about your goals in the fitness world and in your everyday life. Awesome dude , can’t wait to get another session for old times sake haha 💪Jun 14, 2019Verified
