- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Advanced payment is required and no refunds are given. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. If the client is unable to cancel their scheduled session within 24 hrs of a scheduled meeting then the session is lost and no refund is given.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with teenagers, middle aged men and women, and the elderly. I have worked with athletes and the general population. I have worked with beginners and advanced individuals. Many came to me with nagging injuries and I have been able to help relieve some of their symptoms.
