FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The virtual consultation is $87 while in-person consultations are $100. Consultations include reviewing your goals, body analysis, and a functional movement screening, followed by a personalized workout. During the consultation we will also discuss the exercises I design for you to do alone, along with the personalized macronutrient diet plan. Before designing a detailed workout program, It’s important to get a clear understanding of your goal(s),exercise history, past and current injuries, nutrition and give you an opportunity to ask me any questions you’d like. My business is centered around developing relationships with everyone who decides to work with me and build a sustainable routine. The consultation and on-going sessions in part, serve as assessments that’ll allow me to tailor your exercise programs based on your movement and outside stressors. All of this is to ensure you’re on your way to crushing your goal(s) and to make sure we’re a great fit! The personalized workout isn’t necessarily intended to get you sweating but to give you an idea of the “flow” of our routines. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial consultation is where we sit down, and get to know each other. Tell me what exercise you hate, tell me what your favorite snack is. I'm all ears. If we're going to get you to where you want, the journey shouldn't be excruciating. I am not a drill sergeant. You can expect to have someone not only is extremely knowledgable but someone who cares about what's holding you back. During the consultation we'll also talk about your exercise history, things that have and have not worked for you in the past, nutrition, injuries and anything else you want to fill me in on. The consultation includes reviewing your goals, body analysis and measurements, and a functional movement screening, followed by a personalized workout. We'll even chat about creating personalized workouts for you to do on the days you don't see me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
