I’m an avid runner and cyclist. I love being active, and exercising outdoors energize me, but I wasn't always like that. When I was a child, I hated running and any type of sport.
Because I have been there, I know how hard it can be. Determination, effort, and patience helped me to run my first 5k, 10k, half and full marathon. For this reason, I want to transmit my passion and love for fitness, and help my clients achieve their goals. I'm passionate about strength training and conditioning. Building a strong body, it's not only about physical appearance, but it is key for your health and fitness.
Flexibility is a key factor. I adapt my approach to each individual and all programs are customized based on the client's needs.
