Excellent.. Is the word i would use to describe Mateo. Very professional and personable. As a beginner, he made me feel very calm and comfortable in the gym environment. He’s also always available when i have questions about nutrition or anything concerning my workouts and communicates efficiently! GREAT trainer. Easy to get along with. Would HIGHLY recommend.

My experience with Mateo was very good, I saw results very fast, we discussed from the beginning which exercises I liked and which I didn't, what my ailments were in order to create a good training guide. I also liked that the price is very affordable ($80). I will continue training with Mateo as long as he can

I had the privilege of learning how to swim with Mateo. and I can honestly say he is the best swimming instructor out there. I took classes before with other instructors and for some reason I was not getting it…I was almost giving up.
In less than two months, Mateo helped me overcome my fear of water and gain confidence in swimming.
His patient, clear, and personalized approach made learning enjoyable and effective. Highly recommended!!!!!
