Mo is an amazing trainer who creates unique routines and exercises tailored to specific needs. He is knowledgeable, personable, and professional. Mo has been training me for over 5 years. And over the years I grew more confident, stronger, healthier and fit! Recently I underwent pelvis surgery and was unable to exercise for 4-6 weeks. Working out has become a lifestyle so being in this situation was a bit upsetting. Understanding the physiology of the body, Mo quickly created a program catered to my current circumstance that included wall squats and modified push ups. I was happy to begin working out again. I can’t express my gratitude enough for having such a great trainer!

Mo is an excellent trainer! He is extremely personable and full of knowledge. He tailored a fitness plan around all of my injuries while also getting me to achieve my goals. I have far exceeded them and am setting higher expectations for myself thanks to him. I would highly recommend him as a high quality, friendly trainer
