I am starting a PT program for my parents through Mo and I am happy that he takes time with them, he also focues on the Issues we specified, in this case alot of lower body issues, so he is using the tools freely available, hallway's, pushing up from doorways, squatting from chairs, getting reps climbing/descending the stairs so I am hoping it will keep them more mobile, Mo has a patient way about him that I think puts most clients at ease very quickly. Mo is an amazing trainer who creates unique routines and exercises tailored to specific needs. He is knowledgeable, personable, and professional. Mo has been training me for over 5 years. And over the years I grew more confident, stronger, healthier and fit! Recently I underwent pelvis surgery and was unable to exercise for 4-6 weeks. Working out has become a lifestyle so being in this situation was a bit upsetting. Understanding the physiology of the body, Mo quickly created a program catered to my current circumstance that included wall squats and modified push ups. I was happy to begin working out again. I can’t express my gratitude enough for having such a great trainer!
