I started working with Mo at NYSC in 2019, & before COVID shut everything down, he'd gotten me so strong & to my leanest in years -- I could deadlift 165 lbs for several reps! We had to adapt with lockdowns, but his video workouts were as challenging as the gym sessions -- surprising given that I do them in my kitchen with only a few pieces of equipment. Mo also adapted when my husband joined our training sessions, then again working around old injuries that needed surgery to repair. So up to & after shoulder surgery, he had me going hard on core & legs. Up to & after hip surgery, we focused on core & crushing pushups, meanwhile providing my husband with full-body workouts. As a lifelong athlete, Mo's been able to push me to exciting new PRs & always keeps me motivated with his encouraging, fun & charismatic style & varied workouts that always keep me pushing the limits of what I thought I could do!
