Niko is the man! I have tried to get my husband to work out for 3 years and Niko is the first person to make him do it and enjoy it! We both train with him and every week he mixes up the exercises which I really enjoy. With previous trainers it was the same thing week after week. I actually look forward to working out with him! He is fun, smart and will kick your a**. He is truly passionate about what he does and is a hard worker. He is also a true athlete and that is so important when you are trusting someone to get you in shape, he has the knowledge and work ethic to get the job done.

I chose Niko to be my trainer because not only is he very experienced trainer, but also has excellent knowledge of anatomy. He has been able to map out a good training program for me and is very sensitive to my strengths and limitations. I really enjoy my workouts.

It's been almost two weeks now and I'm very satisfied with Niko. He's very sweet and knows when to push and when to be patient. I feel great after our workouts and look forward continuing our sessions. He's always on time and very professional. We are making progress and I'm very happy I discovered him.

A new client is always fun for me Bc this is where you build rapport and slowly analyze the strengths and weaknesses with respect to their fitness level
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in biology along with my NASM certification, along with a lot of other fitness certification ranging from nutritional to group fitness.
