About
Nova is a training program designed to fit your personal fitness objective, budget, and schedule. Jenna Mary Fryer, trainer at Nova PT, has had 3+ years experience in the field. Her specialties include integrative rehabilitation for acute or chronic injuries, women's strength training, fat loss, and strength&conditioning for MMA athletes. I want to pass on my passion and knowledge to others, especially those who are demotivated or intimidated. My goal is to ensure my clientele have a full understanding of movements needed to adjust body composition, increase muscle mass, build strength, and increase mobility. Fitness had a profound impact on my life and I want to spread this passion to others. I love watching clients' transformations, but my favorite part of the job is seeing how they start to fall in love with being a stronger, healthier person. Fitness is a long journey, but it is worth the effort.

I cannot say enough great things about Jenna as a personal trainer. As a marathon runner myself who experiences pain daily from my training schedule and shin splints, Jenna has helped me to develop a solid stretching routine that helps me run pain free. She has also helped me to foam roll correctly. If you are a fellow runner or not one at all and just want to get into shape, look no further than Jenna at Nova Personal Training!

Jenna is such a patient, supportive and awesome trainer! Personal training has always seemed really intimidating to me, but having a positive and affirming trainer like Jenna really changed my perspective and my outlook on my own health.

At first I didn't think I'd be able to get fit - I'd get winded climbing a flight of stairs - but Jenna makes it so easy! Her workouts are engaging and fun, and she's incredibly knowledgable. There were so many times when I would have given up, but Jenna believed in me and helped me persevere. She designed a fitness routine and diet for my needs and totally transformed me into a healthy person!

Jenna designed multiple programs (weight loss, build-strength and build muscle mass) along with teaching the proper form, motivating me to push through and achieve all of my goals. I couldn't have asked for more from a trainer.
