I have a rich sports background and have been training people for over 7 years and helping them lose weight, gain muscle mass, improve endurance, recover from childbirth and injuries.
I don't support strict diets and preparation for bodybuilding competitions. I make an individual program of training and exercises for your goals and abilities.
MY BIOGRAPHY:
1. I got the black belt in karate-do
2. Became multiple champion of Belarus and Europe in karate-do
3. Retired from karate-do
4. Started playing professionally for the women's ice hockey team in Belarus
5. Became a multiple champion and prize-winner of Belarus and European championships in women's hockey
6. After completing my career, I received a higher sports education
7. Was graduated from more than 10 courses of coaching in different areas
8. I opened 3 personal training studios
