[Introduction]
Hi, I’m Masaki!
I can provide strength training with weights, machines, body weight and/or resistant tubes. As endurance exercises, I can teach you rope jumping from basic to tricks, and running. In addition, I can give you nutrition advices to lose weight or build muscles.
I train my clients for my clients but they make me feel happy too if my clients say "I'm dead! But I enjoyed it! Energized! Thank you!" after training.
[Locations]
Your apartment gym (or outdoor).
I’m not training you at commercial gyms.

I’m 53 and have been training with Masaki for 1.5 years twice a week. He has had a very positive influence on my life and health and can’t imagine my life without him now. I hope to train with Masaki for many years into my 70/80s ... He challenges me and has made me stronger for sure. I was athletic when younger and generally kept in decent shape but spent too many years sitting at a desk and found myself losing muscle after 50 and needed to strengthen my core. Masaki was and is the perfect trainer for me. We are the same age and he is in amazing shape. Lean muscle and pound for pound strong and fit. He is always on time, has great workouts for me, demonstrates and corrects my form, and is an overall great guy to see twice a week to push me to be my best. If you have Masaki in your life, you are lucky to have found him.

Mr. Masaki is a thorough professional, consistently punctual and attentive. He demonstrates a keen eye for form and posture, ensuring that every movement is executed correctly. His thoughtfully structured workouts have significantly enhanced my stamina, endurance, and overall well-being. Given the exceptional value he offers, his services are very reasonably priced. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking expert guidance in fitness and health.

10/10, couldn't recommend highly enough.
When I met Masaki, I had no idea what I was doing in regards to fitness, health. I thought I was doing some good stuff, but on that first day I told him "Wow - I remember what a good day of working out feels like!" I knew he was exactly what I was looking for.
One of the reasons is his flexibility. We met at a location close to me - I wasn't ready to hit the gym so we stayed outdoors to start. He tailored my workout specifically to my needs, and we always met a location convenient for me (and he'll still be there early waiting for me). Then went it got colder, we started talking about heading into the gym. First time there in a while, and he had his plan as always, making me feel comfortable in a new space and confident about what I was doing there.
He's SO knowledgeable about his work, but he's not going to intimidate you with data. If you want talk macronutrients & all that science stuff, he has you covered. If you're looking for a simple routine that you can follow to stay fit & healthy (more my style), he's there for you too. No matter what you're fitness goals are, I'm 100% positive Masa can help you get there.
He's become a good friend during this time, encouraging, friendly. I look forward to my sessions with him because I know they will be impactful physically but also enjoyable.

I was suffering through depression & anxiety and getting out of bed and going to the gym seemed impossible. But Masaki motivated me by sharing his personal experience battling the very same. I was determined to follow in his footsteps.
He was very accomodating to my schedule, finances, and "lack of skill". He never pushed too hard on making me do something I wasn't comfortable doing & he didnt try to "upsell" me.
He also was willing to give me any advice through text/email, work a meal plan, and give me detailed workouts. I feel he is severely undercharging for the amount of hard work and effort he puts into his clients.
I look forward to my next session and can't wait for me to get to his level (both mentally and physically!)

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$85 for paying per session.
$80/session for package of 5.
$75/session for package of 10.
If $30 added to each session, session duration is going to be 90 min.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At the beginning, I have to know your goal, then I'll make a plan according to your desire for your body. Because balance of strength training and cardio/endurance training varies depending on clients' goals and current body status. If you are willing to compare progresses/results before and after the program, I can take pictures of you from several angles and/or measure body part sizes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was working at a one-on-one private gym that focuses on clients' weight loss through personal training and nutrition advice. I have been taking clients privately as well and I provide machine, resistant tube, body weight trainings and cardio/endurance training including running (Yes! I'm a marathoner!), rope jumping (Yes! I'm a fantastic jumper!), and karate basics (Yes! I'm a Karate-ka!) to my clients.
