Tamara is tough! She knows exactly how far she can push you to help you meet your goals. She listened to my needs and past experiences and crafted a plan that kept me feeling supported and challenged. I was looking for someone to help me establish a routine. Tamara did that. She also gave me great advice and guidance for the days we did not meet. Personal training can be an investment for a lot of people, I wish I had done this for myself sooner.

I hate working out but Tamara makes it fun. She is very kind and most importantly very patient. Before working out with Tamara I had started my fit journey but did not have a good experience. However she quickly helped me change my perspective on trainers. With her help I have lost 4 pounds and can definitely see an improvement in my strength and my stamina.

I was absolutely thrilled to find Tamara! She’s a very personable and knowledgeable trainer. I’m a medium sized woman, who was about to hit a size 10 for the first time in my life, during the pandemic. Tamara and I created a safe schedule to meet together and work out, and my body has seen the results! I’m almost back to my normal size 6 but have noticed huge improvements in muscle definition! My thighs are so solid now, my arms are looking toned, and I’ve noticed some definition coming back to my stomach! We had fun and laughed while she utterly exhausted me with the routines. She switches it up often so my body didn’t get too used to any movements. She also was able to adjust when I had to rest my knee (from a previous injury). Tamara is awesome and responsive. She remembers everything you tell her. And she truly enjoys her work! She’s great!

I’ve been training with Tamara since August and it was a great way to get back to sports after pandemic! Tamara is a great professional and spends a lot of time on making sure you do exercises right (and even if you are not new to sports you will be surprised to find out that you might have been doing your basic bicycle crunches wrong!) plus we also spend time stretching and warming up which ensured that i forgot about my knee / wrist pains that accompanied my running / tennis practises over the last 4 years. I also really appreciate variety of exercises - you dont get bored and demotivated. Tamara prepares before each session and it really goes smoothly. I have now tried all 3 workouts (at home in person, outside in the park and online) and they are equally fun and effective. Highly recommend!

Tamara is very nice and professional. She challenges you and makes it fun. I was very afraid at first but she eases my worries and shows that she is a great motivator. She sees what you can do and pushes you while making sure that you are doing the right thing.

    As a professional my scope is to conduct a health screening that includes your medical history questionnaire and a review of your chronic disease risk factors and presence of any sign or symptoms of diseases. After the health screening information I can decide if to proceed with a fitness assessment (to determine your health and fitness level) or refer you for further medical evaluation . Once your baseline health and fitness has been determine I can design the best safe, effective programs for you to achieve your specific goal.
