- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Your complimentary 30-minute in-person consultation includes a review of your exercise history, a gentle warm-up, and simple, guided movements tailored to your starting point. You’ll experience my coaching style, ask questions, and discuss a realistic plan for getting started. This introductory assessment is not a full 60-minute workout. All paid training sessions are 60 minutes and take place in your home or residential building gym, where outside trainers are permitted.
