Two days after saying "Yes" to Central Piano for a tuning, Peter came to my home in Connecticut from New Jersey with his friend Michael. No one else had agreed to come the distance. Peter came before the scheduled time and respectfully waited outside until the scheduled time. He was quite familiar with a Petroff Grand piano and was glad to work on one. He was very professional and readily shared his knowledge about each aspect of the piano, its needs, and the tuning process. It was quite an education, and I appreciated it. His friend Michael confirmed Peter's love for and knowledge about music and caring for the instrument. He took his time and gave quality attention to each aspect of what he did. Peter even shared tips on how to maintain and upgrade the quality of my piano. Peter did a fine job of tuning my piano and inspired me to start playing it again. I will always remember the service he provided. Thank you Central Piano.
