Peter B is a true Master Piano Technician! His skills were just as impressive as his knowledge of instrumental history regarding pianos. His attention to detail and meticulous craftsmanship made my piano sound like it belongs in a concert hall! It’s amazing how every aspect of internal composition has an effect on each of the others. Peter’s mastery of aligning each aspect to harmonically balance them together, so they’re capable of sustained brilliant sound, left me in awe of what my piano is capable of. I highly recommend restoration and tuning with him. I had originally requested a tuning. But Peter explained the importance of a restoration and the value of choosing that route. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I appreciate the prompt responses and effort to work within a tight timeline. Upon completion of his hard work, he played a bit for us and his talent as a pianist was just as impressive. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Two days after saying "Yes" to Central Piano for a tuning, Peter came to my home in Connecticut from New Jersey with his friend Michael. No one else had agreed to come the distance. Peter came before the scheduled time and respectfully waited outside until the scheduled time. He was quite familiar with a Petroff Grand piano and was glad to work on one. He was very professional and readily shared his knowledge about each aspect of the piano, its needs, and the tuning process. It was quite an education, and I appreciated it. His friend Michael confirmed Peter's love for and knowledge about music and caring for the instrument. He took his time and gave quality attention to each aspect of what he did. Peter even shared tips on how to maintain and upgrade the quality of my piano. Peter did a fine job of tuning my piano and inspired me to start playing it again. I will always remember the service he provided. Thank you Central Piano.

Their piano technician was very knowledgeable and professional. My Baby Grand Piano sounds awesome thanks to them. I would highly recommend them for all your piano needs.
