Pricings and Services- Tuning- $150 (including pitch adjustment if your piano has not been tuned in a while) Voicing- $75 (helps regulate the tone of your piano) Maintenance/Cleaning and Upkeep- $300 (tightening action screws, lubricating, and more to keep your piano in better condition for longer) Other Services- (contact for a free quote) -string replacement -sticking keys, squeaky pedals, and knocking sounds -piano cleaning -action regulation and alignment (adjusts the feel of the keybed and the playability of the piano) -broken keys and parts -hammer filing (if hammers need to be reshaped after years of wear) -piano condition report (included free with other services) If you have problems not on this list, please contact me for a free quote.
