This was my second PianoTuning Experience
No comparison to the Terrible Issues had with the First One who tried to extort Thousands from me just to tune my piano and I had to ask him to Leave!
Mr Van Zant was on time, Polite, Performed the pianotuning Professionally, and put everything in place upon Leaving.
He deserved the highest rating in my opinion.

I'm a full-time piano technician at The Juilliard School. I've known Max now for over a year. Max is an ambitious technician who is quickly becoming one of the finest tuners that NYC has to offer, and also just a swell person.
Whatever your piano maintenance needs are, Max has you covered. And if you have a problem that happens to be outside of his scope, he can point you towards another experienced technician who can help.

Max is my go-to as a studio owner and music producer working regularly with pianist across the genre spectrum. He’s one of the more spot on tuners we’ve had, creating consistency and profiling for our instrument to ensure it’s not only staying in tune longer, but remaining in peak shape with as many players as we see on it. We regularly get compliments about the tuning and setup of the piano!

Max is a phenomenal tuner! His attention to detail and care with my instrument were wonderful. He was extremely responsive and easy to work with. Would highly recommend him to anyone! And my instrument sounds fantastic now! As someone who frequently works with singers, including at places like Juilliard and the Metropolitan Opera, having an in-tune instrument that I can rely on to play well is crucial, and Max makes sure I have nothing to worry about.
