Andreia helps me avoid the risks of falling into routines that become too easy and consequently ineffective. She tailors my workout not only for my age and fitness level, but for whatever my current goals might be. If I want to increase my focus on one group of muscles, Andreia incorporates that goal into my workout and provides me with tips for use when I am on my own. I have worked with Andreia for about six years and value her significant contribution to my well-being. She's my coach.
