Introduction: FORM Pilates is located in the sprawling hub of Union Square, New York City. We offer classical, authentic pilates in a fully equipped boutique studio. FORM is for those who are serious about pilates; here, we practice classical pilates, which is pilates in its purest form. We seek to maintain the work that Joe Pilates started over 50 years ago. Most of all, authentic pilates works! Those who train with us see their bodies change and heal at a gratifying rate. What really makes FORM Pilates special is the owner. Lindsay Lopez is the fire that burns brightly in the heart of the studio. After teaching pilates for over 10 years, she is at home with the classical work of Joe Pilates. Her teaching style is detailed and insightful, and although Lindsay holds fast to the historical methods of pilates, her approach is modern, accessible, and friendly. She treats the clientele like they are her family and invites them into her intimate little studio with open arms. Lindsay is the reason people fall in love with pilates.
