Really all I can say is that I have know Jamal "Dash" and have been working fwith him for 2 years now. Honestly he is the best basketball trainer that I ever had. He took my game from good to excellent. Before I went to him I dreaded drbbling the ball, but knew that I had to convert to a point guard to play for the upcoming year at D1 SUNY Albany. Dash instilled both confidence and skill in me.I have trained with alot of coaches but his skillset supecedes any trainer that I have worked with. He has a plethora of self taught drills. His specialty is ball handling. He prides himself in speed, and efficency. Alot of trainers are not hands on. Every drill he teaches, he can do himself, and is fully engaged in every workout. The work does not just stop when the session is over, he watches film from workout and tracks your improvement, then changes workout accordingly. Most importantly Dash loves this game for than any trainer I know, and is always aiming to take himself to the next level. He preaches that there is always another level. I absolutley love Dashletics, and will reccomend him to anyone who is looking to take their game to a different level. I am vested for life.
