What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each investigative assignment can be very different. The hourly rate is $100 plus expenses incurred if any during the assignment. We conduct all our background checks for each case in-house using our own systems and we will try our best to keep those costs as low as possible for our clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial interview (fact gathering) with our client is very important. We prefer to meet in person however we do offer zoom and over the phone consultations. All our initial consultations are free of charge.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our investigators are active or retired law enforcement background and many come with specialized trainings to tackle any investigative task. Most are deemed experts to testify in specific court cases should their findings be questioned in court.
