Introduction: Hello, My name is Dominique. I’ve been a swim instructor for seven years. I been a swim coach for about two years. I was a lifeguard as well prior. I currently coach a varsity high school swim team. Other then teaching and coaching I have a lot of experience because I was a competitive swimmer in high school and college. I have experience with all ages ranging from infant and toddlers all the way to adults. Learning how to swim or becoming better at swimming is important because it a safety skill, it comes with a lot of benefits to the human body, it also a fun way to stay fit. I can provide my passion and knowledge of swimming. Come join me. Aside from aquatic I am also a certified personal trainer through NASM with over three years of personal training including my self. As well as I hold a bachelor degree in exercise science concentration in movement and science. I can provide my knowledge in exercise so that you can be your best self. Come join me.
