I had a fantastic experience with Jess!! I communicated a custom plan I wanted to execute on for career/profesisonal development in the areas of public speaking and giving presentations. He created educational content just for me, he held in-depth personal calls (before and after) the in-person custom training, and he has taken a personal interest & effort in my learning and growth. I consider him to be a great teacher and mentor... and now a good friend! He really knows what he is talking about and helped me work on things I really/truly needed help on. I feel so much more confident and prepared now for the work ahead ;) I couldn't recommend Jess more highly!!

My company was searching for someone to give a tailored training for health educators at a large, high traffic health center. Jess really exceeded our expectations by going out of his way to truly make the Dec.2013 training individualized for our needs. We had calls beforehand which helped make the training run efficiently.
One aspect that impressed me was that he asked for input from participants even before the training in order to make sure he was as effective as possible. He had several great ideas which also made my life easier as a supervisor. As a result we came up with some great outcomes.
All in all I highly recommend Jess for training, he's funny, personable, and has great knowledge in this field. All participants enjoyed it and already asked me to bring him back!

The video feedback on the webinar PPT's were very helpful.
The practice time creating more effective PPT (gettng a wow slide) during the webinar training was very helpful.
Introducing high standards for PPT's and reinforcing the messages over and over is very helpful.

She was entertaining and nice which was extremely important for an all day training. You could see her practice what she preached, putting all of her skills to use in her own communication - great example.
