Introduction: Reiki energy work can assist healing on several levels: physical, emotional, cellular and spiritual. We are alive because life force is flowing through us. Life force flows within the physical body though pathways called chakras, meridians and nadis. It also flows around us in a field of energy called the aura. Life force nourishes the organs and cells of the body, supporting them in their vital functions.
I'm also a certified Personal trainer and work with all levels of fitness and various age ranges. I enjoy helping people and not only work on the physical but also nutritional and metaphysical aspects of wellness with my clients. Most of my clients stay with me for a long time as they see results that make them look good on the outside and feel fantastic on the inside.

Dallys Torres has been my personal trainer for two years and I have never been happier with my results. When I first started training with her I was weak and had a very sensitive back. Dallys developed a therapeutic training program during our first year together that helped me get strong and eliminated my back problems. I have had other trainers in the past but Dallys delivers. I never get bored because no two workouts are alike. Most importantly she cares about my health and provides me nutritional recommendations that make me feel healthier in the inside. She provides this caring attribution and trust that I cannot find in any other trainer. Last, I love the way I look and I will continue working with Dallys.
