These guys were wonderful!!! I had to take my stuff from Manhattan to Queens and then Brooklyn, and they were totally game for the challenge (and did it in under 4 hours!) Blake and Barry were incredibly kind, careful, courteous, and anxiety-reducing. I will have to move my stuff from the Queens location in a couple of weeks and will definitely be calling these guys again. Seriously, can’t thank them enough for taking my stress away and being so sweet and thoughtful throughout the whole afternoon.

I would have given a rating of 5 because the movers were so nice, did a good job and negotiated a reasonable flat rate price of $425 for moving a 1 bedroom apartment from Bushwick to the UES and disassembling my bed frame (a total of about 4.5-5.5 hours).

Unfortunately earlier that day they switched trucks and did not have the tools to disassemble the frame which meant they couldn't complete the job. The job was extended another day which ultimately inconvenienced both the moving company and myself. The next day the mattress, bed frame, mirrors and bikes that they'd left from the day before still needed moving. Rather than completing The rest of the incomplete job, the owner of the company called and refused to complete the job at the agreed upon rate because he didn't want to hire another truck and movers due to his mistake of simply not bringing the tools. He said I had to pay an additional $125 on top of the agreed upon flat rate.

Such a shame because I was looking forward to giving great feedback and then that happened. They're not bad. If you hire them, just make sure they have their tools in order to avoid my situation.
