At Holbert Studios I felt seen. David does a great job at making sure singing is fun! His techniques ground you, gives you confidence, and helps you to understand where your voice is coming from and where it’s going to. David tailors each lesson to my needs and I always leave feeling better about my instrument than when I came in. Thank you David!

Working with David has been an IMMENSE pleasure! The education and skills he provides gives you an up-to-date perspective on what it takes to be an artist in today’s climate. Never is a moment with David wasted, I felt like I was always growing. One thing that is unique about working with him is his ENERGY. No matter what state of mind you enter his class, you will leave feeling uplifted, proud of the work you do, and hungry to learn more. David will always fill your energetic cup with goodness.

I can’t recommend David highly enough! He brings a great combination of knowledge, professionalism, and genuine warmth to every session. His understanding of voice and acting (and how the two intertwine) is exceptional, and he has a gift for explaining techniques in clear and practical ways. Beyond his expertise, he’s incredibly warm and friendly, which makes working with him both productive and genuinely enjoyable. He creates a space where you feel comfortable, confident, and inspired to take risks. Any student would be lucky to train with him. Thank you David!
