I offer high-end personal training for a healthy new you at an affordable rate! Do I have celebrity clients? No, I don't, and I don't care too. You don't need to carry your water bottle or pat your head, but if you're a mom and really need to get a workout but have no sitter, I will put the Baby Bjorn on and feed your 6-month baby while I have you doing sprints and farm walks! If you are an executive and want privacy, I have my own well-equipped studio, and you don't wait for availability of the equipment since its just us two! I also work with children with special needs and many others with post-medical conditions from heart attack to HIV.
