  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

So, tile installation costs depends on many factors. Type of project, type of materials, installation site and complexity of the project to name some. If budget is not an issue then try to choose quality over price. You usually get what you pay for.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We try to keep it old school. That means stop by the job site, meet the clients, chat with them, see the scope of work, answer some questions if they have, give them advice if needed.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

So, Ev is an engineer graduated in China. He switched careers by accident and he's on a new mission: "To do sick tile work for his clients".
