- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am always willing to lower my normal rates if it is my first time working with you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before working with a new customer I always secure the following: 1. Exactly what the customer is requesting 2. When the work should be completed 3. How the work will be delivered (email, downloadable links, etc.) 4. Price and form of payment 5. Negotiate a reshoot or re-edit if unsatisfied
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1. Eleven years of freelance cinematography, editing, photography, and music production. 2. Graduated from School of Visual Arts (BFA in Film - major in Cinematography) 3. Worked as a cinematographer and editor at DEETown Entertainment (NYC Park Avenue Music Production House)
