FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was 11 I saw the Matrix in theaters with my family. I was already a huge fan of film by that point, but the excitement and hunger for creativity that the film instill in me was indescribable at the time. I didn't understand it and I couldn't believe, but I knew right there and then that what I felt was amazing, and I wanted to instill feeling into other people from then on.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Directing and editing "Overcome" is a recent job that I am completely proud of. It has stumped the composer so much due to it's visual emotion that he is afraid that his musical score will not do the film justice. The acting is amazing and helped me really keep my edits calm and cool. The dark lighting is filled with gorgeous contrast and mood, and it's the one I am most proud of out of all my work so far.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice would be to not only have faith but to also keep their ears open, because when you work with me you work with a loyal and ready shoulder who likes to know and be aware of everything about the project. I don't know is the worst thing I can say, and it's something I never plan to.
