My work has taken me all over the globe, from playing my own solo arrangement of the National Anthem for the New York Mets at Citi Field, to touring Northern Italy with the Oxford University Orchestra, to collaborating with the Piano Guys at the National Theatre in Washington D.C. I've played violin for 14+ years and graduated magna cum laude from Columbia University with a B.A. in Music, studying under Grammy award-winning violinist Richard Rood. While I'm primarily classically trained, I have extensive experience in pop/jazz/folk music and love to share my string arrangements & covers with my 13,000+ followers on TikTok (@alyssakimviolin).
