- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have prices for traditional cakes listed on our websites. The majority of our cakes are custom creations priced according to intricacy of the design.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are happy to answer any initial questions and provide general quotes. We then send a survey that asks questions like the date and time of the event, the location, what services a customer is seeking, do they have a theme in mind... Generally, we can provide a more precise quote once the survey is complete.

Corporate customers and private clients.
