Introduction: Hi! I am a passionate portrait photographer from Germany living in New York, specializing in classic black and white photography. My inspiration comes from Paris, New York, Venice, Rome, Portugal, Tokyo, and many other gorgeous places I have visited over the years. As a trained art historian I am also fascinated by “discovering” existing artwork of the centuries - through photography. You never know, but I might be able to “discover” your similarity to a person who was the object of portraiture centuries ago. ;) Saying that, I am more than happy to inspire you to pose as a classical writer of the 1920s, a musician of the 1950s, a fashion aficionado of the 1930s. I hired Amrei to shoot some product I needed for my website. I knew she was a fantastic portrait artist, with landscape experience under her belt, but she really got my attention with her ability to shoot product. Beautifully merchandised and lit as well as "in focus and blurred" at all the right places! I would highly recommend her for any commercial or fine art project. She will make you look great.
