I believe that yoga is for everyone, and we all deserve to feel at home within our bodies. Eric is an outstanding instructor! His practice was such a light during the pandemic. He makes all feel welcomed in his class and is able to communicate clearly how to best flow through yoga movements - even for newbies! He is so passionate about sharing his gift with others, looking forward to working with him soon!
