FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees range between $80/hour to $120/hour depending on travel time and the requested hour of day. I offer package discounts as well. That fee includes the hour as well as a follow-up email with an outlined routine for in between sessions, which I will modify every few months as the client progresses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first session is an evaluation and conversation about the client's goals, needs and concerns. In certain cases, I may need more information about that client's past injuries or medical conditions. I take my time and proceed with care and consideration.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to being a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, I am also a registered Yoga Instructor with a Vinyasa training and heavy background in the Anusara style. Pilates informs much of my own training habits and therefore is woven into my approach to both personal training and yoga instruction. I am particularly interested in injury recovery and prevention as it relates to biomechanics and anatomical alignment. Among various therapeutics trainings, I've attended the FAMI workshop for movement professionals through Mount Sinai Medical School and the Kinected Pilates Studio.
