I offer personalized yoga sessions for all levels, whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice. My teaching style blends strength, flexibility, breathwork, and mindfulness, always tailored to meet your unique goals.
Sessions can range from energizing flows to deeply restorative practices. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve flexibility, manage stress, or simply carve out time for yourself, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
Sessions are available in-home, online, or at a studio. I am happy to travel to you for a session — a travel fee applies based on your location. I also provide all props if needed to make your experience comfortable and seamless.
