I’m Daniela, a certified yoga and meditation instructor with over 16 years of personal practice and 7 years of full-time teaching experience. I specialize in private sessions including prenatal and postnatal yoga and corporate wellness offerings.
My private yoga classes are tailored to your individual needs and goals, with influences from Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga, and Yin Yoga. The goal is to support your well-being through intentional movement, breathwork, and relaxation. I also offer meditation sessions based on mindfulness and Vipassana traditions, supporting emotional clarity and inner calm.
I have a 500 hour yoga and meditation teacher certification and I also completed a prenatal and postnatal yoga training. My approach blends ancient practice with modern understanding, and everything I offer is grounded in real-life experience and ongoing study.
