We had a 600 sq master bedroom painted. The trim was dark wood, so they painted the trim, chair rail, and all windows white, which was no small job, while also painting the walls beige. They came out two days prior to make sure they would bring all the correct supplies. Lenny showed up exactly the time he said he would and was very professional, amiable, and confirmed the price quote he gave me through Thumbtack. The day of the job, they came on time and did a wonderful job painting my room exactly as I requested. I definitely will use their services again in the future and am so glad I found reliable and skillful painters.

If your looking for a property manager who is trustworthy, cost affordable and reliable then Esteban is the man for you. The company is great! I relie on them more then you know. Having several projects can be overwhelming however I have to say that there is no project Esteban was unable to meet. I recommend Jampaganza Management to any landlord. Take the stress out of worrying and leave it to the professionals!!

As an agent for many years, I've dealt with many property managers. It was my first time dealing with Mr. Alvarez and unlike many other management companies Leo got my clients application processed and accepted in two days when I've had other management companies take about a week or two to get a response. Additionally I had a previous client who needed to repair and wanted to renovate, Leo was able to find me a contractor to get the job done in three days. His enthusiasm to help, and the connection he builds with the agents, is outstanding and you can see he has their best interest in mind. He's very clear and concise and also very resourceful, the only con is that it is difficult to get him on the phone because he is very busy, however he does manage to get back to you within the same day or the next.

What does a property management company do?

Do property managers need to be licensed?
