- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep it simple and up front. Classic ceremonies start around $150, fully personalized at $350, and our complete ceremony (with rehearsal) at $550 — vow renewals from $100, and Falls elopement packages from $275. Planning runs from day-of coordination ($450) up to full-service (from $1,800). Travel is included within about an hour of the Falls/Buffalo; farther spots in New York are quoted. We ask a small deposit to hold your date, and we offer a 10% discount for military or senior couples (one per ceremony). Booking couples also get 10% off our couples' wedding websites.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a relaxed call or message — we just want to hear your story. About three weeks out we write the ceremony from scratch around you, review it with you, and offer a rehearsal. On the day, we arrive early, run the timeline, and keep everything calm through the final signature. For planning clients, the same front end rolls into timelines, vendor coordination, and day-of direction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We're all registered marriage officiants in New York State. We train regularly in ceremony writing and public speaking — and just as importantly, in making every ceremony fully ours-elbow to yours, for every couple, regardless of religion, culture, or orientation.
