- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is flat-rate and based on the size of the home, the amount of items, overall condition (minimalist vs. collector-style homes), and whether pets are present, as they often require additional time and care. We offer discounts for recurring services, with more frequent cleanings receiving lower pricing. Deep cleanings and first-time cleanings typically cost **50% more** than recurring services due to the extra time required. All cleaning supplies and equipment are included in our pricing. Add-on services are available for an additional cost on standard cleanings. We service homes within a 25–30 minute driving radius of Peekskill, NY. Deposits are required for large one-time or first-time cleanings, and late cancellations may result in a fee of up to 50% of the cleaning price. Tips are not included and, if desired, are appreciated in cash given directly to the cleaner. Since we price per job rather than hourly, pricing usually does not change unless additional items or services are added that require significant extra time.
