Gabriela and Sandra did a lovely job, which really means a lot since I have family coming in three days, and couldnt do much cleaning myself after hurting my back. I called today at 1:00 pm, and they arrived at 3:00, right on schedule, and went above and beyond. They even cleaned elaborate lighting fixtures and took extra care with my artwork and small breakable things. As an artist who used to cleanhouses to pay the bills, I especially appreciate the extra care and effort. Loved them so much that Im planning to have them come once a month for maintenance, even though I cant really afford it, lol. The floors are cleaner than Ive ever seen them, and they got the fluffy Golden Retriever fur out of every hidden corner. Our house feels fresh, sparkly and cozy now. Thank you so much! A++

We recently purchased a new home and wanted to have a deep cleaning done before move in. I hired Joe and his team and originally scheduled the appointment a few days after our closing. Our closing unfortunately kept getting pushed back and Joe was very understanding and kept times open for us this way when the closing ever did happen, him and his team would be ready to go. We eventually got the housecleaned and him and 2 other ladies were able to get the place SPOTLESS! He worked late hours on a Friday night (!!!) just to make sure the job was done in time for us. I couldn't thank him enough for truly making our new house feel more like home. We will definitely be using him for our bi-weekly service, covering whole home cleaning as well as laundry. Thanks again!!

I was getting ready for a busy weekend with family guests and birthday parties and could not get the housecleaning done ontop of everything else. I used Ruth's cleaning service and am very satisfied with the job the ladies completed. I requested a deep clean and they did just that - even in my toaster oven!! If it was possible I would use Ruth's services regularly and highly recommend her company.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly rate initial service, for recurrence service we set a flat price.
Hourly rate has all equipment and cleaning supplies included.
client must provide garbage bags and paper towels only.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contacted us:
1; Make a list of all your needs regarding cleaning.
2; Setup a date for initial service or quote date.
3; After job is completed will collect payment (owner can stay while job is performed otherwise we will contact them 30 minutes before complete for final walk through).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
@ RHCC each worker is trained, so know how to provide a detailed service, taking care every surface at job areas.
