- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly rate initial service, for recurrence service we set a flat price. Hourly rate has all equipment and cleaning supplies included. client must provide garbage bags and paper towels only.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contacted us: 1; Make a list of all your needs regarding cleaning. 2; Setup a date for initial service or quote date. 3; After job is completed will collect payment (owner can stay while job is performed otherwise we will contact them 30 minutes before complete for final walk through).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
@ RHCC each worker is trained, so know how to provide a detailed service, taking care every surface at job areas. Here since 2014, planing to keep growing.
